An 1950s addition to an important Neo Classic San Francisco Residence is renovated for the first time in 50 years. The goal was to create a space that would reproduce the original details of the rest of the house : a stunning neo Classic residence built in 1907 above Nob Hill. Using colors that mimic the outdoors, the master bathroom exudes a feeling of luxury and comfort. The rectangular freestanding soaker tub, centered in front of large windows with captivating views of the landscape, brings relaxation to another level. The white Thassos marble tile floors and impressive white oak double vanities with Viatera Forte quartz countertops are anchored by tall linen cabinets and add a touch of modern elegance to the space while gold fixtures and earthy wood tones maintain the aesthetics’ design flow. The frameless glass shower enclosure boasts dual rain shower heads with separate controls, built-in bench and shampoo niche and a marble tile mosaic shower floor.

This master bath was enlarged and updated with contrasting finishes and luxurious accents. Espresso-stained cabinets are topped with diamond white quartz. This custom bathroom showcases a beautiful mosaic along the back wall of the "wet room" shower enclosure. A freestanding tub sits inside the wet room for a sauna spa-like experience.

This bathroom was created with the tagline "simple luxury" in mind. Each detail was chosen with this and daily function in mind. Ample storage was created with two 60" vanities and a 24" central makeup vanity. The beautiful clouds wallpaper creates a relaxing atmosphere while also adding dimension and interest to a neutral space. The tall, beautiful brass mirrors and wall sconces add warmth and a timeless feel. The marigold velvet stool is a gorgeous happy pop that greets the homeowners each morning.
