This hall bathroom remodel features Starmark Cabinetry in their Hudson white maple door with a nickel glaze and Richelieu pulls. The chrome fixtures are from the Moen Voss Series. The countertop is a Caesarstone counter in concrete with undermount Kohler vertical white sinks. The bathtub is a Swan veritek white right hand bathtub. This shower area has a 12X24 NIche and the decorative accent is a Bedrosians glass mosaic linear in the Eclipse series in Eternity.

A concept juxtaposing rawness with sophistication was agreed on, morphing what was an average two bedroom in its previous life to a loft with concrete floors and brick walls revealed and complemented with gloss, walnut, chrome and Corian. All the manly bells and whistle are built-in too, including Control4 smart home automation, custom beer trough and acoustical features to prevent party noise from reaching the neighbours.

This well-fitted shower includes a convenient corner bench, multi-function shower head, two body sprays, and a recessed niche with separate shelving for soap and bottles. An L-shaped end wall allows for views of the window, while also helping the narrow room to feel more porous. We used large format (12” x 24”) porcelain tile as the room’s backsplash and in the shower. The shade of green/teal coordinates well with the tint of the glass countertop. On a more subtle note, the slate blue and grey veining used in the grout between tiles ties in with the room’s custom grey-stained cabinetry.
