This tiny powder room has a hexagonal wall tile in a grey wood look. We added a custom live edge slab counter in walnut. The vessel sink has visible plumbing and a chrome faucet that is wall mounted. You would not know it, but the ceiling in this space is about 12'- so the mirror is full lentgh!

The main guest bathroom is equipped with a full shower, skylight and windows. A wide vanity provides plenty of storage for supplies and overnight guests. The bathroom connects with jack-and-jill doors to the family room and to a small guest bedroom

Renovations made this house bright, open, and modern. In addition to installing white oak flooring, we opened up and brightened the living space by removing a wall between the kitchen and family room and added large windows to the kitchen. In the family room, we custom made the built-ins with a clean design and ample storage. In the family room, we custom-made the built-ins. Du style et du caractère - Projet Marchand Depuis plusieurs année le « bleu » est mis à l’honneur par les pontes de la déco et on comprend pourquoi avec le Projet Marchand. Le bleu est élégant, parfois Roy mais surtout associé à la détente et au bien-être. Nous avons rénové les 2 salles de bain de cette maison située à Courbevoie dans lesquelles on retrouve de façon récurrente le bleu, le marbre blanc et le laiton. Le carrelage au sol, signé Comptoir du grès cérame, donne tout de suite une dimension graphique; et les détails dorés, sur les miroirs, les suspension, la robinetterie et les poignets des meubles viennent sublimer le tout.
