Sophistication with a timeless sense of chic describes this beautiful bath renovation. A vintage European look is acheived using the "Lutezia" pedestal lavatory by Porcher. The bath is enclosed with a round top tub shield by Fleurco. The original stained glass window and medicine cabinets were integrated flawlessly. Pristine subway tile is bordered with Stone A La Mod inset, crown and floor molding echos the craftsmanship of a vintage bath.

In this Gainesville guest bath design, Shiloh Select Poplar Seagull finish cabinetry enhances the natural tones of the wood. The combination of natural wood with Richelieu brushed nickel hardware, a white countertop and sink with a Delta two-handled faucet creates a bright, welcoming space for this hall bathroom. The vanity area is finished off with a Glasscrafters mirrored medicine cabinet and Kichler wall sconces. A half wall separates the vanity from a Toto Drake II toilet, which sits next to the combination bathtub/shower. The Kohler Archer tub, faucet, and showerheads enhance the style of this space along with Dal Rittenhouse white subway tile with a mosaic tile border. The shower also includes corner shelves and grab bars.

This hall bath, which will serve guests, features a show-stopping green slab stone which we used to wrap the tub, and do an extra-tall countertop edge detail. It brings a soft pattern, and natural glow to the room, which contrasts with the slatted walnut floating vanity, and the off-black ceramic tile floor.

For this guest bath, often used by the man of the house, we kept the same footprint but wanted to update the finishes. Since this is a secondary space, budget was a consideration, and we were up for the job!
We opted for darker, more masculine colors with a touch of deep blue. Natural textures and dark, warm colors set the palette. We chose bronze fixtures to really anchor the room.
Since the budget was a concern, we selected an affordable shower wall tile and only splurged on the niche insert. We used a pre-fabricated vanity and paired it with a remnant countertop piece. We were even able to order the shower door online!

This small residential bathroom was gutted and fitted with everything new, from the Tub and shower to the mirror cabinet. The bathroom boasts style and functionality with lots of storage built in with a floor to ceiling cabinet behind the door, custom 3 drawer cabinet, mirrored wall cabinet and open shelves.
