Inspired by Cape Cod styling, these Irvine homeowners needed to optimize their Master Bathroom. By adding a second sink & oodles of storage (the mirrors are even recessed cabinets) functionality is increased & what a beautiful space to begin the day!

A classic marble bathroom with modern conveniences. This bathroom utilizes all marble tile materials in a variety of different patterns. Starting with the floor and a basket weave pattern with a fleck of black to accent the granite counter top is also repeated on the accent border around the space. The wall is tiled three quarters of the way up with a brick joint subway pattern, topped with a carrara marble pencil liner accented with the basket weave mosaic and finished with a coordinating crown moulding. All of the remaining fixtures are in white and chrome to maintain a fresh and classic look.

Girly, delicate details make this the perfect bathroom for primping. Marble takes center stage and is supported by polished nickel finishes, crisp white inset cabinetry and pink crystal knobs. All the frills are there and ready to impress in this divine bath.
Studio KZ- Architecture
This remodel took this 1950s Arcadia neighborhood bungalow back to its mid-century modern roots while providing the owners with a brand new modern kitchen and spacious great room. By using insulated horizontal metal siding, and large expanses of glass this low slung desert home stays both cool and bright.
In this image this small bathroom is made to feel open and luxurious with an expansive book-matched cararra marble tile surround, chrome fixtures, a modern hanging vanity with large sink, chrome wall sconces, and mirrored cabinets.
The shower features a solid marble slab window ledge, chrome detachable hand shower, diverter, and tub spout, as well as a hinged glass door.

A great update was given to this hall bathroom. With their grand child in mind, the standard tub was replaced with a whirlpool tub for extra bubbles! A hand held shower and grab bars were also added for universal needs of any person who should plan to use the guest bathroom. The vanity and countertop remained the same, but a new faucet, mirror, and light fixture were added to compliment the new design, tile, fixtures, and paint colors.
Hawthorne Tile
The tub apron and deck have a clean, contemporary look thanks to the installation of Super Thassos glass tile with a custom black marble accent. The marble accent on the tub apron is fabricated from the same Southland Stone Oriental Black marble used on the floor and as the custom 4x6 base.
