There is so much we love about this project. The gorgeous fixture over the toilet, the floating shelves custom stained to match the wood grained tile, the zelliege tile in the tub, elongated niche in herringbone pattern and the stunning coastal blue accent knee wall tile made this project a showstopper at every angle.

Before and After

We added new white tile flooring to help offset the darker components. The shower and tub combo feature a glass sliding door, one wall of dark pebble tiles, and convenient shelving. Recessed lighting was added to provide better lighting while in the shower but also for the rest of the bathroom. It was smartly designed so that the light would shine off the stark white floor to brighten the whole space.

Extensive remodel to this beautiful 1930’s Tudor that included an addition that housed a custom kitchen with box beam ceilings, a family room and an upgraded master suite with marble bath.

The undermount sink is set into a polished Caesarstone quartz countertop in ‘Blizzard’ white with a Luxe gold widespread faucet.

Updated guest bathroom with marble tile and modern finishes. Removed old tub and built a beautiful new stand-up shower with marble subway tile, custom shampoo niche, and hexagon tile shower floor. Installed window for more natural light. Tiled the bathroom floor herringbone-style with marble. A new vanity with ample storage completes the space.

Жилой дом 350 м2. Жилой дом для семьи из 3-х человек. По желанию заказчиков под одной крышей собраны и жилые помещения, мастерская, зона бассейна и бани. На улице, но под общей крышей находится летняя кухня и зона барбекю. Интерьеры выполнены в строгом классическом стиле. Холл отделён от зоны гостиной и кухни – столовой конструкцией из порталов, выполненной из натурального дерева по индивидуальному проекту. В интерьерах применено множество индивидуальных изделий: витражные светильники, роспись, стеллажи для библиотеки. Вместе с домом проектировался у участок. Благодаря этому удалось создать единую продуманную композицию , учесть множество нюансов, и заложить основы будущих элементов архитектуры участка, которые будут воплощены в будущем.
