This house had been stripped of all its historic character during a renovation in the early 2000s. Our goal was to restore the charm expected in the details of a Church Hill home, while creating an interior layout for the modern lifestyle.

Das nur 7qm große Bad der Maisonettewohnung wurde komplett umgestaltet, die Badewanne entfiel. Dafür wurde eine großzügige , flächenbündige Dusche eingebaut. Ebneso wurde vei Stauraum - durch optimale Ausnutzung der Gegebenheiten geschaffen. Die Großzügigkeit wird unterstrichen durch die großformnatigenFleisen der Serie Size by Neolith.

Dall'ingresso si accede anche al bagno degli ospiti realizzato con delle piastrelle in gres porcellanato effetto rame ossidato.Anche qui lo stile è quello industriale, anche il piano d'appoggio del lavabo è realizzato in acciaio corten. La doccia presenta inoltre un'illuminazione variabile cromoterapica.
