Modern Farmhouse bathroom featuring a double wall mounted Kohler brockway sink with a black bottom. White shiplap was placed on the walls and wood accents were added for warmth in a mirror and shelf. White and black hexagon mosaic tile are on the floors. This farmhouse inspired beach house is located in Longport, NJ.

This is a black-and-white bathroom at a Brooklyn brownstone project of ours. Its centerpiece is a large, wall-mounted utility sink. The floor has mosaic marble tile, and the walls have white subway tile with accents of black tile.

Turquoise pebbles from Walker Zanger cover the floor and set the tone for this modern, Zen-inspired bathroom. A floating vanity with a simple slab door front holds the modern white sink. Polished chrome accessories and vanity light further the Zen feel and offer clean look. The tub surround, made up of aqua and cream crackle tiles from Walker Zanger, climb their way up to the aqua blue ceiling. Finishing the look is a turquoise waste basket for an intense pop of color.

This bathroom was added to a much needed playroom addition. It needed to be very functional and a great place to rinse off, and clean up messy kids and messy dogs. The accent tile in the niche is a wonderful glass mosaic with just a little pop of color.

The sun-drenched bathroom features extra long white subway tiles in a stack bond pattern. Textured sheers paired with an extra long shower curtain liner keep water in while allowing sunlight to continue to filter through. Luxurious accents in copper, rose gold, and marble warm and embellish the simple space.

This adorable little bathroom is in a 1930’s bungalow in Denver’s historic Park Hill neighborhood. The client hired us to help revamp their small, family bathroom. Halfway through the project we uncovered the brick wall and decided to leave the brick exposed. The texture of the brick plays well against the glossy white plumbing fixtures and the playful floor pattern. Two different architectural styles have come together with this project, and enhances the marriage between traditional and modern design. From the front of the home Californian Bungalow, it’s a feeling of charm and tradition. Although once you step into the hallway, there’s a transition from charming to contemporary. The owners have successfully created a stunningly modern white cube addition connected to the existing traditional bungalow by a glass, concrete and steel suspending bridge. The interior architectural qualities include a double height void, sculptural steel stair, two-storey sandstone wall and model train room requested by the train engineer client. This renovation is a celebration of tradition and contemporary design.
