The dwarf wall provided a space to position the sleek chrome bathwater controls and an alcove for bathing accessories. Within the alcove, textured tiles create an eye-catching visual that is mirrored in the shower alcove behind.

It’s all in the details... In this guest bedroom at our Harold Ashwell project, Cheryl chose natural fabrics in neutral tones with accents of black and white. Two different wall papers were used, one a grass cloth and one a printed black and white landscape that is a beautiful backdrop to the headboard. The headboard is a stunning design upholstered in a textured material with piping detail and black embroidered centre trims. The bed base is upholstered in the same material as the headboard. Gorgeous lamps adorn the custom made bedside pedestals. Luxurious blockout lined curtains dress the windows which keeps the early morning sun out when closed. A black and white vogue framed print, a full length mirror and a comfy leather chair adds the finishing touches to this welcoming space. Every detail was well considered and thought through. The en-suite is the perfect close out for this guest bedroom. Any visitor would love this bedroom.

Carlsbad Home The designer put together a retreat for the whole family. The master bath was completed gutted and reconfigured maximizing the space to be a more functional room. Details added throughout with shiplap, beams and sophistication tile. The kids baths are full of fun details and personality. We also updated the main staircase to give it a fresh new look.

Vorrangig für dieses „Naturbad“ galt es Stauräume und Zonierungen zu schaffen. Ein offenes Regalelement zum Stauraum für Handtücher und Naturkörbe verlängert zusätzlich die Wand zwischen Waschtisch und Dusche. In der Wandscheibe zum Waschtisch wurde eine Nische geschaffen, welche durch ein kleines Eschenregal eingerahmt wird, selbstverständlich ebenfalls flächenbündig und mit dezenter Schattenfuge. Die eigentliche Wohlfühlwirkung wurde durch die gekonnte Holzauswahl erreicht: Fortlaufende Holzmaserungen über mehrere Fronten hinweg, fein ausgewählte Holzstruktur in harmonischem Wechsel zwischen hellem Holz und dunklen, natürlichen Farbeinläufen und eine Oberflächenbehandlung die die Natürlichkeit des Holzes optisch und haptisch zu 100% einem spüren lässt – zeigen hier das nötige Feingespür des Schreiners und die Liebe zu den Details. Holz in seiner Einzigartigkeit zu erkennen und entsprechend zu verwenden ist hier perfekt gelungen!

Il continuo del progetto “ classico contemporaneo in sfuature tortora” prosegue con la camera matrimoniale ed il bagno padronale. Come per la zona cucina e Living è stato adottato uno stile classico contemporaneo, dove i mobili bagni riprendono molto lo stile della cucina, per dare un senso di continuità agli ambienti, ma rendendolo anche funzionale e contenitivo, con caratteristiche tipiche dello stile utilizzato, ma con una ricerca dettagliata dei materiali e colorazioni dei dettagli applicati. La camera matrimoniale è molto semplice ed essenziale ma con particolari eleganti, come le boiserie che fanno da cornice alla carta da parati nella zona testiera letto. Gli armadi sono stati incassati, lasciando a vista solo le ante in finitura laccata. L’armadio a lato letto è stato ricavato dalla chiusura di una scala che collegherebbe la parte superiore della casa. Anche nella zona notte e bagno, gli spazi sono stati studiati nel minimo dettaglio, per sfruttare e posizionare tutto il necessario per renderla confortevole ad accogliente, senza dover rinunciare a nulla.
