Luxurious bathroom with beautiful view.

The primary goal of this small bathroom remodel was to make the space more accessible, catering to the clients’ changing needs as they age in place. This included converting the bathtub to a walk-in shower with a low-threshold base, adding easy-to-reach shampoo shelves, and installing grab bars for safety. Additionally, the plan included adding counter space, creating more storage with cabinetry, and hiding the laundry chute hole, which was previously on the floor next to the sink.

Gayler transformed an existing unused linen closet into a fully functioning laundry facility. The repurposed closet now includes a Miele Washer and Dryer topped with a quartz countertop. Two overhead cabinets provide plenty of storage, along with open shelving and a drying rod. All can be easily hidden away with two large doors when not in use.

Guest bath with integrated but concealed laundry facilities, hidden beneath a folding counter and millwork pocket doors.Heated towel rads and full wall tile provide an elegant finish.

Shower Ceiling Accent Tile & Niche

Projet de rénovation d'un appartement ancien. Etude de volumes en lui donnant une nouvelle fonctionnalité à chaque pièce. Des espaces ouverts, conviviaux et lumineux. Des couleurs claires avec des touches bleu nuit, la chaleur du parquet en chêne et le métal de la verrière en harmonie se marient avec les tissus et couleurs du mobilier.

A band of white bubble accent tile contrasts the gray will tile in this shower in the master bath, adding a fun, whimsical element to the space.

Muted tones of gray and white mix throughout this bathroom, offering a soothing vibe to all who enter. The modern mosaic floor - in a contrasting basket weave - adds a funky edge to the simple gray and white contrasting sub way tiles that line the shower.
