UMBAU EINES HISTORISCHEN FACHWERKHAUSES Ein altes Backsteinhaus am historischen Marktplatz in Leonberg: Außen muss es sich weiterhin in die denkmalgeschützten Fassaden einfügen, innen jedoch darf es moderner werden. Das Haus wurde komplett entkernt, alle technischen Gewerke wurden erneuert. Nach einer Bauzeit von nur 8 Monaten war es 2014 wieder bezugsfertig.

Masculine guest bathroom. A custom plaster snake skin looking wall finish done in black with a metallic silver glaze on top. Spa feeling room with black pebble tile.

the blue and green geometric mirrors as well as the orange and grey tiles has been custom made by us for the daughter's bathroom. The vivid colours help brighten up the otherwise dark space.

A mix of black and white tile creates contrast and texture at the master bath shower, while a ledge crafted of metallic tile (ferroker) from Porcelanosa extends from inside the shower across the length of the entire bathroom wall, to allow for storage and access from both spaces, while accentuating the overall concept and massing at the interior architecture.
