This Australian-inspired new construction was a successful collaboration between homeowner, architect, designer and builder. The tile around the tub, shower back wall is Daltile Remedy Field Glazed in Alchemy finish and the Shower Tub side walls is Uptown Glass Hexagon Tile in Posh Resort finish. Also installed is a Moen Gibson faucet, Kohler Verticyl undermount sink in white, Kohler Archer 60” soaking tub in white. The flooring is Marazzi Moroccan Concrete Hexagon Tile in charcoal.
Collected Interiors
We removed a hall closet to expand the bathroom area, enabling us to create two rectangular bathrooms instead of two intertwined bathrooms. In the primary bathroom, we added a full-sized shower with a bench, as well as plenty of cabinet storage.
ALTER Design Studio
The guest bath was given a fresh look with light grey and natural oak floating vanities, new undermount double sinks, faucets, LED mirrors,"concrete" look feature wall tile and vinyl plank flooring.
Pinnacle Design & Remodeling
Updating for aesthetics is one thing, but for function is a lot harder. You have to really think about who is using the space, how they are using it, and still make it look good. This bathroom is shared by two kids, and in the future an au pair. So there needed to be a lot of closed storage, which we had a custom built in to match the cost effective furniture vanity we sourced from Wayfair. Partnered with Landmark Remodeling and Pro Design Custom Cabinetry to make this a success.
