Operable shutters on the tub window open to reveal a view of the coastline. The boys' bathroom has gray/blue and white subway tile on the walls and easy to maintain porcelain wood look tile on the floor.

Designer Brittany Hutt specified Norcraft Cabinetry’s Roycroft Cherry door style painted Harvest with a black glaze for the single vanity, which includes detailed decorative feet for a craftsman style accent. Florida Tile’s Sequence 9x36 plank tile in the color Breeze was used on the tub surround walls as well as the wainscot. To add some color dimension between the walls and the floor, the Sequence 9x36 plank tile in the color Drift was for the flooring. The shower wall features a center panel with accent tiles from Cement Tile Shop in the style Paris. The 2.5x9 Zenith tile in Umbia Matte from Bedrosians was used to border the wainscot as well as the center decorative panel on the shower wall. A glass panel is to be added to enclose the shower and keep a visual flow throughout the space.

Beautiful updates to dated spaces. We updated the master bathrooms and 2 guest bathrooms with beautiful custom vanities with recessed fronts. The beautiful gray finish works wonderfully with the Carrara marble and white subway tile. We created recessed soap niches in the guest bathrooms and a deluxe recessed niche with shelves in the master bathroom. The lovely gray and white palate gives a fresh calming feeling to these spaces. Now the client has the bathrooms of their dreams.

We completely gut renovated this pre-war Tribeca apartment but kept some of it's charm and history in tact! The building, which was built in the early 1900's, was home to different executive office operations and the original hallways had a beautiful and intricate mosaic floor pattern. To that point we decided to preserve the existing mosaic flooring and incorporate it into the new design. The open concept kitchen with cantilevered dining table top keeps the area feeling light and bright, casual and not stuffy. This design / build project in Redondo Beach, CA. focused on a family’s hall bathroom. There were multiple reasons that the homeowners decided to start this project but the issue that was most pressing was water damage from the shower. The homeowners knew it needed to be addressed ASAP. As long as a remodel was going to be completed they felt that it was time to address the layout as well. It was not efficient in its original state. Since bathrooms work so hard it was important that the remodel resolve this issue as well. The homeowners were also interested in new finishes. Desiring something more light and fresh with a coastal feel we began reimagining the layout. The before and after pictures explain it best but basically the new shower was placed against the wall where there previously was a toilet and window. The location and size of the window was changed as well. The shower is now a three wall alcove with grab bars to allow the homeowners to age in place. The white subway tile is accented by a mosaic tile in the homeowners’ favorite coastal shades. The light and beachy feel is reinforced with the grey ceramic tile floor. The vanity is a furniture-style with details like decorative feet. The space is tied together with a backsplash that matches the border in the shower.

Gray tones playfulness a kid’s bathroom in Oak Park. This bath was design with kids in mind but still to have the aesthetic lure of a beautiful guest bathroom. The flooring is made out of gray and white hexagon tiles with different textures to it, creating a playful puzzle of colors and creating a perfect anti slippery surface for kids to use. The walls tiles are 3x6 gray subway tile with glossy finish for an easy to clean surface and to sparkle with the ceiling lighting layout. A semi-modern vanity design brings all the colors together with darker gray color and quartz countertop. In conclusion a bathroom for everyone to enjoy and admire.
