What was once a very outdated single pedestal master bathroom is now a totally reconfigured master bathroom with a full wet room, custom floating His and Her's vanities with integrated cement countertops. I choose the textured tiles on the surrounding wall to give an impression of running water.

Condo Renovation in Kitchen, Bathroom and Fireplace Updates

This whole condominium was renovated. The new fireplace tile surround is 6x6 Sanibel Beachcomber Crackle tile and the hearth is 18x36 Basaltine, white matte tile. New flooring was Installed in the great room with new Triversa Luxury Vinyl plank 9”x48” Oakrest in Gold wash. In the kitchen, Medallion Lancaster/Potter’s Mill Flat Panel cabinetry and the existing solid surface countertop was reinstalled. A Brio ceiling light was installed over the sink, a Moen Camerist faucet in Spot Resist Stainless and on the floor is 18x18 Panetola tile in Talsano Travertine. In the main bathroom, Medallion Winston vanity in Divinity Classic paint with Cambria Praa Sands quartz countertop and on the floor is 12x12 Milestone East Beige porcelain tile. A new Berkshire mirror was installed. Moen Eva collection in brushed nickel finish was installed in both bathrooms. In the guest bathroom, new Cambria Wentwood quartz was installed on the existing vanity and Regis beige porcelain tile installed on the floor.

The tub is a Memoirs freestanding tub by Kohler. The tub faucet is a Aylesbury exposed tub and hand shower wall mount in satin bronze by Brasstech Inc. The wallpaper is "Eastern Eden" by Iksel from Westward Foundry.

Master bathroom update, please! Our clients have been living with a shower that they just couldn't take any longer. They wanted something with zero grout lines, and something simple to clean. We instantly knew that cultured marble was the way to go. All beige tones were chosen, down from the cultured marble shower/vanity top, to the vinyl tile. Too make the cleaning easier, we installed a new toilet with a smooth bowl base to eliminate those hard to reach areas. We also installed new vinyl that appears as tile, but has zero grout lines. Finally, with a new Enduroshield clear glass shower door, and all Moen fixtures in chrome finish, we finalized the master bathroom look!
