From this spacious 3,000 square foot, 3 bedroom model, to larger 4 and 5 bedroom versions ranging from 3,500 - 10,000 square feet, including guest house options.

A complete makeover of a small ensuite bathroom and walk-in robe with additional floor space added by closing in a large lightwell. The clients wanted a glamorous ensuite bathroom with views from the freestanding bath over the adjacent river & clifftops. A raised platform for the bath accentuated by the contrast of light and dark stone tiles. Double vanity cabinet. Double shower with ceiling mounted and rail shower heads. Back lit niche over the bath and backlighting to the mirror cabinet. A dedicated area adjacent for the complete beauty treatment with black gloss cabinets and glamorous Hollywood lights. Teak floored shower

Every stone contains the potential to create a unique piece, it just needs to be formed and led by the natural process. The original material will become precious object. Maestrobath design provides an added value to the products. It enhances the stone material via combination of handcrafted work and mechanical process with the latest technology. The marble utilized to produce our pieces is the metamorphic stone, which is a natural combination of sediment submitted to the high pressure and temperature. Produced Marble is used in designing and creating master pieces. Puket contemporary vessel sink is master pieces of art and will give a luxury and elegant vibe to any powder room or whashroom. Paul Dyer - Situated on a San Francisco hilltop, this 100 year old bungalow received a complete renovation by McElroy Architecture. Opening up to the panoramic views are expansive sliding doors on each level. Quantum’s Lift & Slide doors are equipped with stainless steel carriage systems in aluminum dark bronze, euro black weather-stripping, bronze anodized sill track and head guide finish, and oil rubbed bronze levers and flush pulls. Our Hinged doors were installed with full mortise butt hinges finished in dark oil rubbed bronze, and sills featuring 6” legs beyond side jambs. The Signature Series push-out sash windows feature handle and strike hardware in oil rubbed bronze finish, bronze weather-stripping and four bar stainless steel friction hinges. The French casement windows have flush bolts mounted to floating astragal in a dark oil rubbed bronze finish. The home also incorporates Euro Series fixed panels coupled with a special angled Signature Series transom. Furthermore, we find throughout the project, obscure glazing specified as acid-etched satin translucent. The project’s windows and doors are made of Douglas Fir, with Sapele door sills, interior rectangular sticking and exterior beveled glazing stops.

Locati Architects, LongViews Studio

At the vanity, we wanted the look of one long, linear and integrated sink, but needed the surface area between the sinks to be functional. As a solution, we integrated two sinks into the countertop and recessed the part between them just about two inches so that it stays dry, but still gives a seamless aesthetic.

The guest bathroom is updated to a contemporary color and style. Although compact, the shower feels clean and open with white marble stone walls and a river pebble floor. The adjustable handheld shower and grab bar accommodate young and senior guests alike.
