The kitchen and bathroom renovations have resulted in a large Main House with modern grey accents. The kitchen was upgraded with new quartz countertops, cabinetry, an under-mount sink, and stainless steel appliances, including a double oven. The white farm sink looks excellent when combined with the Havenwood chevron mosaic porcelain tile. Over the island kitchen island panel, functional recessed lighting, and pendant lights provide that luxury air. Remarkable features such as the tile flooring, a tile shower, and an attractive screen door slider were used in the bathroom remodeling. The Feiss Mercer Oil-Rubbed Bronze Bathroom Vanity Light, which is well-blended to the Grey Shakers cabinet and Jeffrey Alexander Merrick Cabinet Pull in Matte Black serving as sink base cabinets, has become a centerpiece of this bathroom renovation.

Complete remodel of Master Bath in Bellaire Texas home. This bathroom is aproximately 350 sq feet, the space was reconfigured to allow for better use of the space and larger walk-in shower, toilet room, and additional storage in floor to ceiling tower with double hampers on lower third. The space is ADA compliant, grab bars are by Delta, the shower is designed with a zero threshold entrance with bench and multiple shower heads.The toilet room is ADA compliant,all of the doorways were expanded to 36 in minimum width, The cabinetry was custom made and designed by Myra Ephross of Ephross Designs, All countertops are made of 3 cm Quartz slabs. The bathtub is an undermount soaking tub with a wide deck surrounded by custom designed wood panels. The cabinet paint is Benjamin Moore Kendall Charcoal. The wall paint is Benjamin Moore Shoreline. Trim Benjam[n Moore Diamond White. All marble flooring and shower wall marble is from the Tile Shop. Delta Dryden Faucets are in a Polished Nickel finish. Matching Dryden fixtures are used throughout. Polished Nickel sconces are installed in the mirror.

Master Bathroom Renovation

This homeowner’s master bathroom was a very popular style during the 90’s. Although, white can make a space feel larger, the bathroom was bland and needed an update. Soft neutral walls, marble tile throughout and shaker style Waypoint Cabinets, make this elegant bathroom a perfect place to wake up in the morning and unwind at night. There are many features in this bathroom that we love. The veining pattern of the beautiful White Carrara marble tops and tub deck added just the right amount of contrast to this bathroom. Honed Bianco Perla Marble tiles were used in the shower and on the floor. The frameless shower reveals the finer details of this design with a basket weave tile accent band on the shower back wall, basket weave tile in the niche and on the shower floor. Bullnose tile was used to frame the window instead of wood trim and was also used inside the niche. Expansive framed mirrors enlarge the room and reflect back the window light and the beauty of the shower and tub. Heated floor mats beneath the tiles with programmable thermostat are unseen but will be highly appreciated by this home owner. No more walking on cold tiles! The transformation of this bathroom is luxurious! White and Grey was used in this space which resulted in a crisp, elegant updated look that will remain in style for years to come. This master bath went from drab to high tech! We took our client's love for the view of the lake behind his home and turned it into a space where the outside could be let in and where the privacy won't be let out. We re configured the space and made a full wet room with large open shower and luxury tub. The vanities were demolished and a floating vanity from Canyon Creek Cabinets was installed. Soothing Waterworks Statuary white marble adorns the walls. A Schluter tileable kerdi drain and A Kohler DTV controls the shower with dual rainshower heads, the Kohler Numi commode does it all by remote as well as the remote controlled electrified glass that frosts and unfrosts at the touch of a button! This bath is as gorgeous as it is serene and functional! In the Entry, we added the same electrified glass into a custom built front door for this home. This amazing master bathroom features tile from AKDO and Artistic Tile. Bath hardware and fixtures are by Kohler. Mirrors are custom. Vanity is by Kohler with retrofitted Asian hardware. I wanted to continue a Medieval motif (in keeping with the rest of the home), so I found this unique and extraordinarily beautiful mosaic, to create a central focal wall and a feature wall over the vanity. I also wanted to incorporate round shapes to break up the hard angles of the room, with custom-made mirrors continuing that shape. The end result is a clean and modern space that still feels warm and comfortable but really amps up the modern feel of the space.
