One of the items on the wish list was a dressing table and we gave her one that flows nicely into the vanity area. The bath design was able to pull all of the elements together to create a rich cohesive design.

This master bath remodel has modern conveniences in a traditional setting, with a whirlpool tub set next to a convenient step. The large shower and steam room combination is another modern feature that adds to the quality of life and relaxation, with a seat of course. The interesting tile combination has an aesthetic feeling, which satisfies owner expectations. Design for this addition and home remodel in Tarzana was created by Roger Perron, design-build general contractor, with contributing architect for working drawings.

Guest bathroom has colors reminiscent of the ocean.

After much debate and consternation, we opted to not include a shower in the second bath of the apartment. It was a priority for my client to have a full spa tub to utilize after her daily running routine. The custom walnut tub enclosure has removable panels for access to the tub mechanics. The small room had to pack a lot of punch so custom storage was included in floor-to-ceiling cabinetry, the center of the ceiling was raised, tiled and lit with LED lighting strips, the entire room is tiled from floor to ceiling and a small TV was included for viewing while using the tub. The granite matches the kitchen and is used throughout the apartment for unity.
