Main bathroom for the home is breathtaking with it's floor to ceiling terracotta hand-pressed tiles on the shower wall. walk around shower panel, brushed brass fittings and fixtures and then there's the arched mirrors and floating vanity in warm timber. Just stunning.

Dans cette maison datant de 1993, il y avait une grande perte de place au RDCH; Les clients souhaitaient une rénovation totale de ce dernier afin de le restructurer. Ils rêvaient d'un espace évolutif et chaleureux. Nous avons donc proposé de re-cloisonner l'ensemble par des meubles sur mesure et des claustras. Nous avons également proposé d'apporter de la lumière en repeignant en blanc les grandes fenêtres donnant sur jardin et en retravaillant l'éclairage. Et, enfin, nous avons proposé des matériaux ayant du caractère et des coloris apportant du peps!

Dans cet appartement moderne de 86 m², l’objectif était d’ajouter de la personnalité et de créer des rangements sur mesure en adéquation avec les besoins de nos clients : le tout en alliant couleurs et design ! Dans l’entrée, un module bicolore a pris place pour maximiser les rangements tout en créant un élément de décoration à part entière. La salle de bain, aux tons naturels de vert et de bois, est maintenant très fonctionnelle grâce à son grand plan de toilette et sa buanderie cachée. Dans la chambre d’enfant, la peinture bleu profond accentue le coin nuit pour une ambiance cocooning. Pour finir, l’espace bureau ouvert sur le salon permet de télétravailler dans les meilleures conditions avec de nombreux rangements et une couleur jaune qui motive !

This 1779 Historic Mansion had been sold out of the Family many years ago. When the last owner decided to sell it, the Frame Family bought it back and have spent 2018 and 2019 restoring remodeling the rooms of the home. This was a Very Exciting with Great Client. It’s always a blessing when your clients become friends - and that’s exactly what blossomed out of this two-phase remodel (along with three transformed spaces!). These clients were such a joy to work with and made what, at times, was a challenging job feel seamless. This project consisted of two phases, the first being a reconfiguration and update of their master bathroom, guest bathroom, and hallway closets, and the second a kitchen remodel. In keeping with the style of the home, we decided to run with what we called “traditional with farmhouse charm” – warm wood tones, cement tile, traditional patterns, and you can’t forget the pops of color! The master bathroom airs on the masculine side with a mostly black, white, and wood color palette, while the powder room is very feminine with pastel colors. When the bathroom projects were wrapped, it didn’t take long before we moved on to the kitchen. The kitchen already had a nice flow, so we didn’t need to move any plumbing or appliances. Instead, we just gave it the facelift it deserved! We wanted to continue the farmhouse charm and landed on a gorgeous terracotta and ceramic hand-painted tile for the backsplash, concrete look-alike quartz countertops, and two-toned cabinets while keeping the existing hardwood floors. We also removed some upper cabinets that blocked the view from the kitchen into the dining and living room area, resulting in a coveted open concept floor plan. Our clients have always loved to entertain, but now with the remodel complete, they are hosting more than ever, enjoying every second they have in their home. --- Project designed by interior design studio Kimberlee Marie Interiors.
