In this whole house remodel all the bathrooms were refreshed. The guest and kids bath both received a new tub, tile surround and shower doors. The vanities were upgraded for more storage. Taj Mahal Quartzite was used for the counter tops. The guest bath has an interesting shaded tile with a Moroccan lamp inspired accent tile. This created a sophisticated guest bathroom. The kids bath has clean white x-large subway tiles with a fun penny tile stripe.

Tones of golden oak and walnut, with sparse knots to balance the more traditional palette. With the Modin Collection, we have raised the bar on luxury vinyl plank. In this bathroom remodel, a Medallion Silverline Carlisle Vanity with matching York mirrors in the Smoke Stain was installed. The countertop and shower curb are Envi Carrara Luce quartz. Farmhouse interior with traditional/transitional design elements. Accents include nickel gap wainscoting, tongue and groove ceilings, wood accent doors, wood beams, porcelain and marble tile, and LVP flooring, The guest bathroom features a separate toilet and shower room and a double vanity.

This bathroom remodel required knocking down some walls in order to create a spacious bathroom that met all of the client's needs. Remodel with pale purple walls, freestanding bathtub, glass door walk-in shower, and rubbed bronze finishes.

This powder room is Waypoint 410F Painted Linen vanity with Cambria Kendal quartz countertop. A Kohler Forte brushed nickel faucet and Kohler Hendrik brushed nickel mirror, Kohler Caxton oval white sink. The flooring is Mannington Audra Max plank, Sonoma Cask.

The crowded, outdated master bathroom did not have enough space with the built in tub taking up a majority of the space. Access to the shower was limited with the door facing the toilet. By removing the tub, repositioning the toilet, and removing a half wall, the bathroom became huge! The lighter colorway also contributed to the light, open feel.

While we didn't move anything around in the bathroom we did upgrade everything. The new vanity has roll outs for storage and built in electrical plugs for convenience. The tower that sits on the counter top also has a built in plug. The mirrors are medicine cabinets for additional storage. The new tub is deeper and wider then the old tub for luxurious baths. The tub deck is Taj Mahal Quartzite, and we used the slab so it is seamless. It wateralls into the shower and was used on the shower dam as well. The tile is the focal point and is marble and mother of pearl. His and her niches with a mosaic pattern add interest to the shower. The shower floor is also marble. The chandelier is capez shells and adds just the right amount of bling and reflective quality for this tranquil master bathroom.

Although this master bath may not offer all the spacing one may hope for, we truly utilized as many extra inches as we could to get this homeowner the most storage from their vanity as well as space in their shower. With a beautiful dark wood cabinet, natural granite countertops, stunning porcelain tile, as well as durable vinyl flooring, this master bathroom holds elegance as well as function.
