Looking over Puget Sound, this modern West Seattle home went through big renovations and wanted to include two existing bathrooms while adding two more. The plan was to complement the surrounding landscape: cool, cozy, and clean. The result was four brand new bathrooms with clean lines, warm accents, and plenty of space.

Built in the iconic neighborhood of Mount Curve, just blocks from the lakes, Walker Art Museum, and restaurants, this is city living at its best. Myrtle House is a design-build collaboration with Hage Homes and Regarding Design with expertise in Southern-inspired architecture and gracious interiors. With a charming Tudor exterior and modern interior layout, this house is perfect for all ages.

Die Dusche als Trockenbauwände wurde zusätzlich mit einer Nische ausgestattet. Die freistehende Badewanne, sowie der Waschbeckenbereich als Highlight des Badezimmers. Im Waschbeckenbereich wurde noch zusätzlich mit indirektem Licht gearbeitet.

An elegant Powder Room has softly pearlescent wall tiles that glowingly offset a minimal vanity design. Custom interior doors are Mahogany wood stained a taupe-gray with stainless steel inlays. Modern design favors clean lines, open spaces, minimal architectural elements + furnishings. However, because there’s less in a space, New Mood Design’s signature approach ensures that we invest time selecting from rich and varied possibilities when it comes to design details. Adjacent to the spectacular soaking tub is the custom-designed glass shower enclosure, framed by smoke-colored wall and floor tile. Oak flooring and cabinetry blend easily with the teak ceiling soffit details. Architecture and interior design by Pierre Hoppenot, Studio PHH Architects.

This master bathroom renovation turned out beautifully! The marble tile is super shiny, sleek and clean look. The massive rain shower head, in the walk in shower, is very inviting. Also, the beautiful soaker tub is practically begging you to relax in a nice bubble bath. The whole bathroom has a wonderful glow that is not only beautiful, but also completely functional to every need. The toilet room has the perfect storage nook for all of your bathroom essentials.
