With its cavernous ambiance, the basement powder room is a mix of earthy hues and unexpected elements. An underlit floating vanity with stained oak cabinetry, vertical faucet wall, and textured blue stone tilework combine in an award-winning design. A contemporary black pendant light by Vibia illuminates a quartz countertop from Cesarstone. Oversize floor tiles from Villagio complement the company's wall tiles. Commissioned by our client to work alongside their contractors and architects, we were asked to develop full plans for the renovation of this listed townhouse and its gardens on one of Bath’s iconic crescents. Our duties included fully detailed designs on every one of the house’s rooms including electrical plans and detailing on ironmongery and beyond. With a remit that included the design of all cabinetry, we built not only the hand-crafted kitchen but also the bespoke cabinetry of the dressing room and storage throughout. Our design ensured that existing furniture, art and the property’s stunning original features were seamlessly mixed and enhanced with new additions and sympathetic treatments. The result, a Georgian property given a respectful, contemporary new lease of life as a stylish family home in the heart of Bath.

As part of large building works Letta London had opportunity to work with client and interior designer on this beautiful master ensuite bathroom. Timeless marble onyx look porcelain tiles were picked and look fantastic in our opinion. Jacuzzi bath tub in very hard wearing and hygyenic finish inclduing mood lighting was sourced for our client inclduing easy to operate wall mounted taps. Walking shower with sliding option was chosen to keep the splashes withing the shower space. Large rain water shower was chosen and sliding shower also. Smart toilet which makes toilet experience so much more better and is great for heatlth too! Lastly amzing vanity sink unit was chosen including these very clever towel rail either side of the vanity sink. Reaching out to dry your hands was never easier.

BeachHaus is built on a previously developed site on Siesta Key. It sits directly on the bay but has Gulf views from the upper floor and roof deck. The client loved the old Florida cracker beach houses that are harder and harder to find these days. They loved the exposed roof joists, ship lap ceilings, light colored surfaces and inviting and durable materials. Given the risk of hurricanes, building those homes in these areas is not only disingenuous it is impossible. Instead, we focused on building the new era of beach houses; fully elevated to comfy with FEMA requirements, exposed concrete beams, long eaves to shade windows, coralina stone cladding, ship lap ceilings, and white oak and terrazzo flooring. The home is Net Zero Energy with a HERS index of -25 making it one of the most energy efficient homes in the US. It is also certified NGBS Emerald. Photos by Ryan Gamma Photography

The focal wall of this powder room features a multi-textural pattern of Goya limestone planks with complimenting Goya field tile for the side walls. The floating polished Vanilla Onyx vanity solidifies the design, creating linear movement. The up-lighting showcases the natural characteristics of this beautiful onyx slab. Moca Cream limestone was used to unify the design. We are please to announce that this powder bath was selected as Bath of the Year by San Diego Home and Garden!
