These two en suite master bathrooms are a perfect place to unwind and relax. Both rooms have been remodeled to be distinct and to suit both of our client's needs and tastes. The first bathroom showcases a large deep overmount jetted tub with surrounding deck, deck mounted tub filler and hand shower, a vanity area and water closet. Alluring Mother of Pearl mosaic tile shimmers in the arched recessed window area, side splashes of tub, as well as on the full height of the walls on the vanity side. Large format Nolita Ambra tile was installed on the floor as well as on apron of the tub deck. Beautiful Taj Mahal quartzite vanity tops on painted existing cabinetry bring together the various finishes in the bathroom. In the adjoining room there is a walk-in shower, vanity, and water closet. The Large 24x48 Nolita tile is the focal point and absolutely stunning. The tile has been installed on the floor as well as on the walls inside the shower up to the high ceiling. The grandeur of the walk-in shower is magnificently elegant and makes one feel like they are in a 5-Star resort and spa. This two story terrace in Bondi Junction only had one bathroom and toilet upstairs. In this project we formed and constructed a separate toilet room complete with basin and mirror cabinet to the 1st floor living area. It was a bit of a challenge but by utilising the available floor space under the stairs we were able to create a toilet room with additional storage cabinets, All without taking up any valuable living area floor space.

With purpose in mind, the primary bathroom was transformed into a spa-like retreat. Dated wallpaper was removed and replaced with soothing cream color paint and gold fixtures. The bathroom features copious linen storage, a walk-in shower, and his and her vanities that are custom designed with dark maple Dura Supreme cabinetry in a Java finish and topped with Crema Marfil marble countertops. Как и в ванной комнате здесь дизайн мы разработали в коричневых оттенках. Компактно вместили инсталляцию и стиральную машину, а также раковину и полки для хранения банных принадлежностей.

Von der Badewanne zur Dusche ! Das war der Wunsch des Bauherren. So wird diese Wohnung ausschließlich als Wochenend-Wohnung benutzt und da ist eine großzügige Dusche wirklich von Vorteil. Gut, daß Bad ist nicht Groß, eher Schmal. Und ein großer Mittelblock als Dusche kam für den Bauherren nicht in Frage. Hat er doch in dem Haus bereits einige renovierte Bäder der Nachbarn begutachten dürfen. Also haben wir, wieder einmal, die Winkel genutzt, um den Raum so optimal wie möglich einzurichten, eine möglichst große Dusche, mit Sitzmöglichkeit unterzubringen, und trotzdem den Raum nicht zu klein werden zu lassen. Ich denke es ist uns wieder einmal sehr gut gelungen. Warme Farben, Helle Töne, eine wunderschöne Tapete, dazu ein Washlet und ein geräumiger Waschtisch, nebst Glasbecken und Spiegelschrank

Ein Bad für die Familie, mit ausreichend Stauraum, und modern mit warmen Farben. So war der Wunsch des Bauherren. Nun der Raum war nicht allzu groß, es sollten jedoch Badewanne und eine großzügige Dusche werden. Die Dusch hat eine Sitzbank bekommen, der WC Spülkasten wurde mit einer Nische versehen, und Badewanne wurde mit offenen Regal und Nische ausgestattet. Zwischen Wanne und Waschbecken wurde noch eine Sitzfläche untegebracht
