This organic modern master bathroom is truly a sanctuary. Heated clay tile floors feel luxurious underfoot and the large soaking tub is an oasis for busy parents. The unique vanity is a custom piece sourced by the interior designer. The continuation of the large format porcelain tile from the kitchen and the use of walnut on the linen cabinets from Grabill Cabinets, bring in the natural textures central to organic modern interior design. Bathroom in a condo - could not move plumbing. Client wanted a masculine style and being a day trader, did not want to be far from a TV. Positioned over the tub is a 72" TV that can be reflected from the mirror, allowing my Client to view the TV when in the shower.

Avant travaux : Appartement vétuste de 65m² environ à diviser pour mise en location de deux logements. Après travaux : Création de deux appartements T2 neufs. Seul le parquet massif ancien a été conservé. Budget total (travaux, cuisines, mobilier, etc...) : ~ 70 000€

La chambre parentale et la salle de bain existante sombre et peu ergonomique ont été ré-agencées pour retrouver un veritable concept de suite parentale. Afin d’offrir un éclairage en second jour et d’ouvrir visuellement les espaces, il a été conçu une verrière en bois sur-mesure.

Interior Design and Selection by Fabrikate

Creating specific focal points for this owner’s bathroom was important. Client wanted a modern-forward spa-like bathroom retreat. We created it by using rich colors to create contrast in the tile. We included lighted niches for the bathtub and shower as well as in the custom-built linen shelves. The large casement window opens up the space and the honeycomb gold chandelier really added a touch of elegance to the room while pulling out the gold tones in the floor and wall tile. We also included a contemporary 84” trough double vanity and a freestanding bath tub complete with a bath filler to complete the space.
