The clients came to me wanting to create a luxury high-concept bespoke bathroom. They wanted to create a feature piece of the home that complimented their style. It had to be extremely well finished with the quality of work and bathroom fittings where to be outstanding. We wanted to create a space that was relaxing but would also be timeless. Black and white is timeless and will look beautiful wherever you use it and no matter how long it is there. The tiles were selected and laid in a way to accentuate the length & height of the room. This makes the space feel a lot larger than it actually is. Being monochromatic there is the chance of the bathroom becoming bland and sterile monotonous but there is a textural contrast provided by the tiles and the black gloss and plays well with matte white. Combine this with clean and well-defined lines, lacquered surfaces, a floating vanity and minimal decor, and you have the perfect minimalist bathroom. The addition of a standalone bath complements the rest of the bathroom is a stylish bonus. La zona noche y la zona living se encuentra conectado por un pasillo con puertas en carpintería metálica. En la zona noche destacan las puertas correderas de suelo a techo, así como el cuidado diseño del baño de la habitación de matrimonio con detalles de grifería empotrada en negro, y mampara en cristal fumé. Ambas zonas quedan enmarcadas por dos grandes terrazas, donde la familia podrá disfrutar de esta nueva casa diseñada completamente a sus necesidades

Family Bathroom

The design brief for this Master bathroom was to create a glamorous light and airy space with double shower, bath and double basins for a couple to use alongside one another. We delivered the design in a contemporary classical style with clean Art Deco influences, and created a double entry shower with glass partition and ceiling roses, a double ended bath set beneath marble, a wall hung WC with concealed cistern, and double basins set beneath an opaque white glass counter combined. Ample storage was provided through both the wall mounted vanity drawer unit and recessed mirrored cabinets. An expansive wall of white gold and white floral mural mosaic is both elaborate and calming, which forms a stunning backdrop to the indulgent shower. The prominent gloss black of the vanity drawers are echoed throughout through accents in both the ebony tap levers and the bezel of the mirrored cabinets to deliver a subtly glamorous yet striking scheme.

The claw-foot tub, popular in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, can be used in both antique and modern bathroom designs today. The floor tile and tub add nostalgia and authenticity to the contemporary space.
