Initialement, la structure du bien était composée d’un plateau de bureau de 91m2 et d’un studio adjacent de 19m2, dans lequel la maîtrise d’ouvrage a souhaité pouvoir réaliser deux appartements de surfaces équivalentes destinés à la location hôtelière (ici nommé l’appartement B). Afin de permettre l’optimisation idéale des lieux et y créer deux chambres et deux salles d’eau, l’ouverture d’un mur porteur fut indispensable. Le poteau central de reprise structurelle délimite ainsi astucieusement les espaces de vie : le salon dans lequel prend place un canapé convertible, un séjour pour 4 à 6 personnes avec banquette coffre, ainsi qu’une cuisine bi colore dont la crédence miroir permet d’accroître les perspectives. Camaïeu de bleu et agencements sur mesure confèrent à cet appartement une ambiance feutrée et intimiste pour ce projet clé en main.

Cuarto de baño de estilo ecléctico inspirado en la película Bettle Juice y con referencias a la serie Twin Peaks. Un baño que explota la conexión entre el blanco, el rojo y el negro, creando un espacio abrumante, erótico y alocado a la vez.

The interiors reference original detailing with a contemporary twist, teaming striking geometric tiling and dark paint with an elegant array of mid-century modern furnishings and classic wood burning stoves.

Bathed in soft, layered lighting, this perspective unites every signature detail of the scheme. The twin LED-lit display niches on the left glow against charcoal porcelain, their white-and-gold geometric mosaic repeating inside the shower’s recessed shelf for visual continuity. A wall-hung smart WC and matte-black flush plate sit discreetly below, while the slim fluted-timber vanity and crisp apron-front basin anchor the centre of the composition. Mirrored cabinets bounce light deeper into the space, reflecting the brushed-brass towel rail opposite. To the right, the walk-in shower is defined by a minimal black-framed screen, with a ceiling-mounted rainfall head, knurled triple-control plate and hand shower—all in matching brushed brass—set against the dark tiles. A linear drain and pale stone tray keep the threshold seamless, completing the boutique-hotel mood in this compact London wet room.

In una villa dei primi del '900, ampia e luminosa, di circa 300 mq, una famiglia moderna vive in un ambiente che coniuga passato e presente. Ogni intervento ha trasformato questa dimora storica in una casa funzionale ed energeticamente efficiente, grazie a lavori di isolamento termico, serramenti performanti e ottimizzazione degli impianti.

La sauna del sótano tiene un cuarto de baño que decidimos hacerlo en color negro para enfatizar la experiencia de transportarte a un lugar exótico, "como cuando te vas de vacaciones". Los únicos puntos de color son las plantas, el blanco de las encimeras y la madera de roble de los muebles de lavabo. El baño tiene una ámplia ducha con doble grifería. The basement sauna has a bathroom that we decided to do in black to emphasize the experience of transporting yourself to an exotic place, "like when you go on vacation." The only points of color are the plants, the white of the countertops and the oak wood of the washbasin cabinets. The bathroom has a large shower with double taps.
