A NKBA award winner for best Powder Room. The main objective was to provide an aesthetically stunning, yet practical Powder room for their guests. In order for this tiny space to meet code clearance, I placed the vanity perpendicular to the toilet. I designed a tiny open vanity with a vessel sink and wall mounted plumbing to keep the space feeling as large as possible. The dark colors recede and provide drama and the warm wood, grout color and gold tone fixtures bring warmth to this cool palette. The tile pattern suggests trees bringing nature into the space.

This modern bathroom has a warm effect with its gold-colored faucets and touches of wood. Dark colors such as black and gray provide an atmosphere that is both elegant and enveloping. -- Cette salle de bain moderne offre un effet chaleureux avec sa robinetterie de couleur or et ses touches de bois. Les couleurs foncées telles que le gris et le noir procurent une ambiance à la fois élégante et enveloppante.

We incorporated our client's favorite color of red and created this very dramatic, swanky powder room that their guests would not expect to see in a residence. We also created a dramatic yet elegant lighting plan in order to create an ambience needed to complete this room.

One of the 5 bathrooms in the home, this "back" bath stayed simple with a black and white theme like much of the home.
