This modern farmhouse bathroom has an extra large vanity with double sinks to make use of a longer rectangular bathroom. The wall behind the vanity has counter to ceiling Jeffrey Court white subway tiles that tie into the shower. There is a playful mix of metals throughout including the black framed round mirrors from CB2, brass & black sconces with glass globes from Shades of Light , and gold wall-mounted faucets from Phylrich. The countertop is quartz with some gold veining to pull the selections together. The charcoal navy custom vanity has ample storage including a pull-out laundry basket while providing contrast to the quartz countertop and brass hexagon cabinet hardware from CB2. This bathroom has a glass enclosed tub/shower that is tiled to the ceiling. White subway tiles are used on two sides with an accent deco tile wall with larger textured field tiles in a chevron pattern on the back wall. This space was transformed to an open hotel-like master bathroom from its cave-line origin. The entry was widened to add space, the soffits were removed and the shower controls were moved to allow for a knee wall and a clear sight line to the back tile wall. The white marble and with small blue squares brings a touch of blue into the shower. For added glam, polished nickel shower controls, faucets, sconces and hardware were added. The ceiling and walls were painted the same soft white to make the space feel more open. Did I mention that the client's favorite color is blue?

The guest bath at times will be used by up to twelve people. The tub/shower and watercloset are each behind their own doors to make sharing easier. An extra deep counter and ledge above provides space for guests to lay out toiletries.

A laundry space and adjacent closet were reconfigured to create space for an updated hall bath, featuring period windows in the Edwardian-era Fan rowhouse. The carrara basketweave floor tile is bordered with 4 x 12 carrara. The James Martin Brittany vanity in Victory blue has a custom carrara top. The shower and wall adjacent to the vintage clawfoot tub are covered in ceramic 4 x 10 subway tiles.

Masterbath remodel. Utilizing the existing space this master bathroom now looks and feels larger than ever. The homeowner was amazed by the wasted space in the existing bath design.

With hints of blacks, blues, and golds, this bathroom renovation was a perfect mix to bring this space to life again. Double bowl navy vanity with Carrara stone and an accent of white shiplap to tie in a little texture for a clean, refreshing, and simple feel. Simple subway tile with dark grout and black fixtures to note a contemporary aesthetic.

We gave this powder bath new life by refacing and painting the cabinets, topped with new countertop, vessel sink and faucet. New wood floors flow into the powder from the main living space - and shiplap on the walls covered old dated wallpaper and add a very lakeside feel - the perfect touch for this lakefront home.
