The clients wants a tile that looked like ink, which resulted in them choosing stunning navy blue tiles which had a very long lead time so the project was scheduled around the arrival of the tiles. Our designer also designed the tiles to be laid in a diamond pattern and to run seamlessly into the 6×6 tiles above which is an amazing feature to the space. The other main feature of the design was the arch mirrors which extended above the picture rail, accentuate the high of the ceiling and reflecting the pendant in the centre of the room. The bathroom also features a beautiful custom-made navy blue vanity to match the tiles with an abundance of storage for the client’s children, a curvaceous freestanding bath, which the navy tiles are the perfect backdrop to as well as a luxurious open shower.

Capped with white marble countertops, a rich blue vanity with faux bamboo detailing is the centerpiece of this bejeweled powder room. Gold detailing abounds from the hand painted ceiling to the gleaming faucet and cabinet hardware. Continuing the gold theme, a pair of antiqued brass sconces flank an elegant Venetian mirror. A glass beaded light fixture sparkles from above, illuminating the shimmering metallics of the aqua tree patterned wallpaper while a rug in shades of deep teal covers the walnut stained floor. This kid's bathroom only needed a few changes, as the clients (and we) already loved the existing wallpaper. We switched out the light fixture to be more current and added the under sink storage to fill the space more intentionally and give the kids more room for storage. Photo by Emily Minton Redfield

This custom home is a bright, open concept, rustic-farmhouse design with light hardwood floors throughout. The whole space is completely unique with classically styled finishes, granite countertops and bright open rooms that flow together effortlessly leading outdoors to the patio and pool area complete with an outdoor kitchen.

This house has great bones and just needed some current updates. We started by renovating all four bathrooms and the main staircase. All lighting was updated to be clean and bright. We then layered in new furnishings for the dining room, living room, family room and entry, increasing the functionality and aesthetics of each of these areas. Spaces that were previously avoided and unused now have meaning and excitement so that the clients eagerly use them both casually every day as well as for entertaining.
