The re-arranged master suite has a generous walk in closet, bath with soaking tub and double vanity as well as a generous open feeling stall shower. There is a new laundry closet inside and a generous kids bath with seated area for doing hair.

Finally, she wanted us to incorporate an integrated shower seat and a corner storage niche. We were able to give her everything on her wish list and create a beautiful and functional shower that is safe for aging in place

This kitchen, with its stunning ocean view, draws upon its beautiful surroundings, elegant touches, and nautical appreciation to create a distinctly coastal ambiance. This bathroom was carefully thought-out for great function and design for 2 young girls. We completely gutted the bathroom and made something that they both could grow in to. Using soft blue concrete Moroccan tiles on the floor and contrasted it with a dark blue vanity against a white palette creates a soft feminine aesthetic. The white finishes with chrome fixtures keep this design timeless.
