My clients wanted to change their 1950's pink bathroom and remove the bathtub. They are planning to age-in place and the bathtub was a tripping hazard. Also, the showerhead had been installed quite low originally and one of my clients had to bend awkwardly to shower, so we raised the height of the showerhead to accommodate his tall frame. My clients chose to remodel their bathroom with a blue and white color scheme. Blue Heaven Forbo Marmoluem flooring was installed to waterproof the floor. Planetarium Blue Lanmark was used for the countertop with integrated sink and the shower walls. For a visual contrast in the shower, Blizzard Lanmark was chosen for the floor and the corner seat/bench. This will help the homeowners see the transition between the flooring and the shower easier as they age. Grab bars were installed inside the shower, along with blocking in the walls to aid in getting into and out of the shower, and getting up and down onto the seat in the shower. Bright, white shaker cabinetry was installed, including a counter mounted medicine cabinet with rain glass. This added much more storage for my clients which was needed in this one bath home. The owners painted the walls in a soft shade of blue once the remodel was complete. They are loving their remodeled bathroom and all of the extra storage. We LOVE a statement floor! Just look at the medallion tile design in this guest bath. It's a great balance between the clean white subway tile shower and the slate blue/gray vanity.

Drawer storage.

This powder blue and white basement bathroom is crisp and clean with white subway tile in a herringbone pattern on its walls and blue penny round floor tiles. The shower also has white subway wall tiles in a herringbone pattern and blue penny round floor tiles. Enclosing the shower floor is marble sill. The nook with shelving provides storage. What started as an addition project turned into a full house remodel in this Modern Craftsman home in Narberth, PA. The addition included the creation of a sitting room, family room, mudroom and third floor. As we moved to the rest of the home, we designed and built a custom staircase to connect the family room to the existing kitchen. We laid red oak flooring with a mahogany inlay throughout house. Another central feature of this is home is all the built-in storage. We used or created every nook for seating and storage throughout the house, as you can see in the family room, dining area, staircase landing, bedroom and bathrooms. Custom wainscoting and trim are everywhere you look, and gives a clean, polished look to this warm house. After living in their home for 15 years, our clients decided it was time to renovate and decorate. The completely redone residence features many marvelous features: a kitchen with two islands four decks with elegant railings, a music studio, a workout room with a view, three bedrooms, three lovely full baths and two half, a home office – all driven by a digitally connected Smart Home. Colorful Bathroom

This bathroom was carefully thought-out for great function and design for 2 young girls. We completely gutted the bathroom and made something that they both could grow in to. Using soft blue concrete Moroccan tiles on the floor and contrasted it with a dark blue vanity against a white palette creates a soft feminine aesthetic. The white finishes with chrome fixtures keep this design timeless.

Lotus Home Improvement bath remodel

A two-bed, two-bath condo located in the Historic Capitol Hill neighborhood of Washington, DC was reimagined with the clean lined sensibilities and celebration of beautiful materials found in Mid-Century Modern designs. A soothing gray-green color palette sets the backdrop for cherry cabinetry and white oak floors. Specialty lighting, handmade tile, and a slate clad corner fireplace further elevate the space. A new Trex deck with cable railing system connects the home to the outdoors.

The guest bath used a mix of prefab and custom to make an interesting space while not breaking the bank.
