Both eclectic and refined, the bathrooms at our Summer Hill project are unique and reflects the owners lifestyle. Beach style, yet unequivocally elegant the floors feature encaustic concrete tiles paired with elongated white subway tiles. Aged brass taper by Brodware is featured as is a freestanding black bath and fittings and a custom made timber vanity.

Die Feinsteinzeugfliesen sind von Mutina – ein dunkelblauer Chevronboden und weiße Fliesenwände – jedes Stück wurde mit 15 gleichfarbigen Farbtönen gestaltet. Die klare Ästhetik wird durch die klassische Vola Sanitärkeramik unterstrichen, die ursprünglich von Arne Jacobsen entworfen wurde. This master bathroom remodel was more than just a face lift. We completely rearranged the layout and upgraded every single finish including blue wood marble countertops and custom closet design.

the project involved taking a hall bath and expanding it into the bonus area above the garage to create a jack and jill bath that connected to a new bedroom with a sitting room. We designed custom vanities for each space, the "Jack" in a wood stain and the "Jill" in a white painted finish. The small blue hexagon ceramic floor tiles connected the two looks as well as the wallpapers in similar coloring.

Storage was maximized at every opportunity, taking advantage of high ceilings. Pocket doors disappear into walls from the master suite to the living room to emphasize the open loft space.

Stage two of this project was to renovate the upstairs bathrooms which consisted of main bathroom, powder room, ensuite and walk in robe. A feature wall of hand made subways laid vertically and navy and grey floors harmonise with the downstairs theme. We have achieved a calming space whilst maintaining functionality and much needed storage space.

In a home with just about 1000 sf our design needed to thoughtful, unlike the recent contractor-grade flip it had recently undergone. For clients who love to cook and entertain we came up with several floor plans and this open layout worked best. We used every inch available to add storage, work surfaces, and even squeezed in a 3/4 bath! Colorful but still soothing, the greens in the kitchen and blues in the bathroom remind us of Big Sur, and the nod to mid-century perfectly suits the home and it's new owners.
