Completed in 2020, this large 3,500 square foot bungalow underwent a major facelift from the 1990s finishes throughout the house. We worked with the homeowners who have two sons to create a bright and serene forever home. The project consisted of one kitchen, four bathrooms, den, and game room. We mixed Scandinavian and mid-century modern styles to create these unique and fun spaces. --- Project designed by the Atomic Ranch featured modern designers at Breathe Design Studio. The vanity with dimensional porcelain tile on the wall.

Remodeled condo primary bathroom for clients to truly enjoy like a spa. Theres a freestanding soaker tub, a steam shower with aromatherapy, a floating bench with light for ambient lighting while having a steam. The floating custom vanity has motion sensor lighting and a shelf that can be removed if ever needed for a walker or wheelchair. A pocket door with frosted glass for the water closet. Heated floors. a large mirror with integrated lighting.

This new ensuite was a dream to design. Inspired by colours in curtains in the adjoining bedroom, we chose these gorgeous blue tiles and stacked them for a modern design. We chose quality fixtures including this matt white top mount basin, matt white bench top, elegant wall mounted tap and wall-hung timber vanity. Special features include strip lighting underneath the vanity, underfloor heating with tiled floors and a stunning LED mirror with de-mister.

A guest bath gets a revamp with a modern floating bamboo veneer vanity. A wall hiding support beams is clad in warm wood. shell glass pendants drop from the ceiling, framing in a blue tile backsplash. Blue tile runs behind the commode adding a fun detail and pop of color. The shower remains a calm space with large format shimmery white tiles and a frameless glass enclosure.

This Australian-inspired new construction was a successful collaboration between homeowner, architect, designer and builder. The home features a Henrybuilt kitchen, butler's pantry, private home office, guest suite, master suite, entry foyer with concealed entrances to the powder bathroom and coat closet, hidden play loft, and full front and back landscaping with swimming pool and pool house/ADU.

An old Northcote bathroom has been converted into a savvy new ensuite, with plenty of space, light and personality.
