Дизайн ванной комнаты в современном стиле из дизайн-проекта Власовой Анастасии из города Самары. В ванной устроена ниша с подсветкой, которая может менять цвет освещения. В дизайне использована комбинация трех видов плитки разных размеров: керамогранит под дерево, серо- белая плитка, напоминающая рисунок мрамора, глубокая синяя плитка с разводами под мрамор.

A new more modern fully tiled shower was installed in place of the soaking tub. Beautiful tile was selected with brass details in the bathroom flooring, marble mosaic for the shower floor, and a fun jade elongated hex tile for the shower walls. This was also designer for an aging client with grab bars.

This was a complete full bath renovation in July 2020. This home was built in 1935, it’s located on Marion Ave, in Grant Park, Atlanta, Georgia. The client came to me wanting a complete makeover of the bathroom that combined aesthetics and utility. This house had been expanded in the past, and this bath was probably added at some point; because of the age of the home, I had no idea what to expect! The full bathroom has a tub, shower, vanity, and toilet, all nestled in 30 sq. foot of space. The client needed an update to include special accommodations for her aging parents; fixtures adjusted in height for the taller guests or people in her family; and most importantly, a more comfortable, updated environment. The scope of this master bath project was a complete remodel (to the studs) to exceed the expectations of both users. The clients loved their home of more than twenty years and did not want to downsize. Instead they chose to upsize their home by remodeling to meet their personal needs and style. The objective of the project was to reimagine all possibilities/layouts for the space, gain as much storage possible, and create a room that functioned for both the husband and wife. The bathroom had not been designed or styled in 30 years and functioned poorly. By listening to the clients’ needs, it was important to keep the tub. The husband used it on a regular basis for relaxation from his hectic schedule as a neonatal doctor. Unlike some that remove their tubs and opt for one large shower, it was vital to keep this feature of the bathroom, albeit with more “bells and whistles.”
