An extensive remodel was needed to bring this home back to its glory. A previous remodel had taken all of the character out of the home. The original kitchen was disconnected from other parts of the home. The new kitchen open up to the other spaces while maintaining the home’s integratory. The kitchen is now the center of the home with a large island for gathering. The bathrooms were reconfigured with custom tiles and vanities. We selected classic finishes with modern touches throughout each space.

Another fabulous collaboration with Tina Crossley Designs! This Country Club of Orlando home underwent a major transformation that included swapping the shower and tub locations, removing a toilet and building a new water closet.

Blue and white ocean inspired bath with New Ravenna blue glass tile and glass mosaic shower pan. White all drawer vanity with Drawer Doc electrical outlets maximize storage and functionality.

Upgraded master bathroom

Small bathroom needed simple update to modernize and improve. New tile shower with accent tile across top and in niche. Grab bars for safely entering shower and tub. New ceramic tile flooring. Built in vanity with quartz countertop and under mount sink.

Pool Bath

This new house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood developed in the 1920’s, that is in transition, with new larger homes replacing the original modest-sized homes. The house is designed to be harmonious with its traditional neighbors, with divided lite windows, and hip roofs. The roofline of the shingled house steps down with the sloping property, keeping the house in scale with the neighborhood. Painted to room a nice dark blue gray to give the room a soft and cozy feel. Added light linens and an area rug to make it pop off that dark color.
