This gorgeous, remodeled bathroom in Midlothian began as an outdated space with a huge, garden tub that was never used. It is now a space that the homeowners can utilize to its full potential. A long, double vanity with lots of storage replaced the existing single vanity. The new configuration of the bathroom allowed for the addition of a makeup vanity. Underneath this weathered wood-look tile floor is a radiant heating system. We all know how cold tile can be to walk on with bare feet. The homeowner will be able to set the thermostat to any desired temperature which will not only heat up the tile but also the bathroom. During the colder months the radiant heating system can also be used to raise the temperature of the bathroom without effecting the entire home. The beautiful tiled floor makes a smooth transition into the curbless shower enclosure. This is achieved by using a zero-entry shower pan, an ideal solution for those homeowners who want to age in place.

A large walk-in shower with textured field tiles provides a visual counterbalance to the sauna to the left of the vanity. Reflecting the great room beyond, a large, beveled wall mirror wraps the room functional appeal.

This oceanside contemporary condominium is a sophisticated space that evokes relaxation. Using the bright blue and easy feel of the ocean as both an inspiration and a backdrop, soft rich fabrics in beach tones were used to maintain the peacefulness of the coastal surroundings. With soft hues of blue and simple lush design elements, this living space is a wonderful blend of coastal calmness and contemporary style. This coastal master bathroom keeps its cool with white subway tile in the corner shower accented by linear aqua glass mosaic tile bands. The L shaped double vanity continues the casual, beachy feel with shutter style doors and the quartz countertops feature more seaside colors

The free standing vanity helps enlarge the space by allowing a clear line of site beneath the vanity. Brass faucet, mirror and sconces bring a touch of warmth and charm to the space.

The simple, neutral palette of this Master Bathroom creates a serene atmosphere. The custom vanity allows for additional storage while bringing added warmth to the space. Iron pipes and pipe fittings were used to create the custom shower rod.

This guest bathroom has a hexagon mixed pattern accent wall from bullnose tiles, the remaining walls are cement based and absolutely make the most beautiful contrast, the lighting and vanity is all modern sleek and contemporary . The lighting in the mirror is an absolute must !! The bathroom comes with a niche and hinged sliding shower door, the walls are painted a Icey Blue for the contrast of the mirror and the gray tones throughout
