Our clients needed more space for their family to eat, sleep, play and grow. Expansive views of backyard activities, a larger kitchen, and an open floor plan was important for our clients in their desire for a more comfortable and functional home. To expand the space and create an open floor plan, we moved the kitchen to the back of the house and created an addition that includes the kitchen, dining area, and living area. A mudroom was created in the existing kitchen footprint. On the second floor, the addition made way for a true master suite with a new bathroom and walk-in closet.

Built out shower with a custom cut rolling shower door and shower sprays leading into a square infinity drain. Also a nice custom built niche for bathroom supplies as well as a heated floor for the master bathroom.

This dressed up and sophisticated bathroom was outdated and did not work well as the main guest bath off the formal living and dining room. We just love how this transformation is sophisticated, unique and is such a complement to the formal living and dining area.

Can you believe this bath used to have a tiny single vanity and freestanding tub? We transformed this bath with a spa like shower and wall hung vanity with plenty of storage.

A vibrant modern classic bathroom with decorative feature floor tiles and rustic subway wall tiles. A combination of classic tap ware and mirrors with modern clean cut cabinetry and stone work throughout. With an abundance of natural light spreading through a modern louver style window enhancing the strong textures and subtle colour variations of the subway wall tiles.
