The fully renovated master bathroom has been upgraded, including a luxurious glass-enclosed shower, free-standing soaking tub, and elegant double sconces above the double under-mount sinks. A small guest bath in this Lakewood mid century was updated to be much more user friendly but remain true to the aesthetic of the home. A custom wall-hung walnut vanity with linear asymmetrical holly inlays sits beneath a custom blue concrete sinktop. This warm toned restroom has flat paneled cabinets with a brown engineered quartz counter top and a stunning white vessel sink. The large mirror makes the space feel bigger and the mosaic backsplash give this restroom a luxurious feel.

In the process of updating the Maronto's bath, a plumbing supply issue was hidden in the walls. As they looked at the bath long term, we added aging in place grab bars for their safety. Now their family has a beautiful and safe bathroom to use for years to come.
