The updated master bathroom blends with the rest of the house, using warm earth tones -- a monochromatic color scheme that's very restful. Small tiles used for the shower floor create a pathway that leads to the shower. The mosaic glass tiles used for the lavatory backsplash create an exciting focal point in the shower.

The kitchen we replaced featured all maple cabinets and floors and pale pink countertops. With the remodel we didn’t change the layout, or any window/door openings. The cabinets may read as white, but they are actually cream with an antique glaze on a flat panel door. All countertops and backsplash are granite. The original copper hood was replaced by a custom one in zinc. Dark brick veneer fireplace is now covered in white limestone. The homeowners do a lot of entertaining, so even though the overall layout didn’t change, I knew just what needed to be done to improve function. Small bathroom spaces without windows can present a design challenge. Our solution included selecting a beautiful aspen tree wall mural that makes it feel as if you are looking out a window. To keep things light and airy we created a custom natural cedar floating vanity, gold fixtures, and a light green tiled feature wall in the shower.

All chrome finishes wrap this bathroom featuring a floating 72" vanity and a custom led front/back lit vanity mirror. Custom built in closet storage for linen. Shower consists of handheld, faucet, and 10" rainhead; All Kohler products used. Walk-in Shower has tile on its ceiling making it a perfect steam shower.

This guest suite has tall board and batten wainscot that wraps the room and incorporates into the bathroom suite. The color palette was pulled from the exterior trim on the hone and the wood batten is typical of a 30s interior architecture and draftsmen detailing.
