This bathroom was part of a primary suite renovation including the bedroom and dressing room that was redesigned to accommodate Aging in Place and a client who uses a cane or wheelchair. All three rooms were designed with Universal Design and ADA standards in mind, and tailored to accommodate the particular physical limitations of our client.

Shower walls are Dekton Laurent. Countertop and shower trim is Engineered quartz Fantasy by Mont Surfaces. All plumbing fixtures and accessories are Kallista by Kohler. Glass shower door and glass partition to separate shower and toilet room. Frameless cabinetry with laminate doors. Pocket door into the toilet room.

The large guest bathroom resulted from combining two smaller spaces. This room services both guest bedrooms. As for the master bathroom, hand-cut glass mosaic tiles were used to create a mural inspired by tropical flora and fauna. An antique Chinese box is echoed by the vanity’s lacquered chair. A gold-leafed glass vessel ties in the deeper shades of the mosaic tiles.

Another referral from one of our favorite clients! The clients wanted to update their teenage son's bathroom which had a few wear and tear issues. There was talk to paint or replace cabinetry as the client had a vision and the current stain seemed to be in the way of that. They also wanted to be cost-effective, so we designed around the existing stained cabinetry. Tschida Construction helped with the execution and helped with some creative behind-the-scenes problems that popped up.
