The goal was to open up this bathroom, update it, bring it to life! 123 Remodeling went for modern, but zen; rough, yet warm. We mixed ideas of modern finishes like the concrete floor with the warm wood tone and textures on the wall that emulates bamboo to balance each other. Guest Bathroom remodel in North Fork vacation house. The stone floor flows straight through to the shower eliminating the need for a curb. A stationary glass panel keeps the water in and eliminates the need for a door. Mother of pearl tile on the long wall with a recessed niche creates a soft focal wall.

A large walk-in shower with textured field tiles provides a visual counterbalance to the sauna to the left of the vanity. Reflecting the great room beyond, a large, beveled wall mirror wraps the room functional appeal.

This Huntington Woods mid century colonial has been beautifully remodeled and the last remaining space that needed our help was the owner’s suite. This bathroom was a huge transformation. Originally, the bathtub and toilet were separated, we opened up the two rooms to merge the spaces back together. Two-tone fixtures match is the new upcoming trend - matte black faucets with gold trims (mirror and shower rod). The two windows are custom-sized casement windows to allow natural sunlight exposure. Plumbing was well hidden to custom full vanity depth.
