The Moen Eco-Performance Handheld Shower in Oil Rubbed Bronze creates a vintage feel with the furniture-style vanity in the guest bathroom remodel.

Perched high above the Islington Golf course, on a quiet cul-de-sac, this contemporary residential home is all about bringing the outdoor surroundings in. In keeping with the French style, a metal and slate mansard roofline dominates the façade, while inside, an open concept main floor split across three elevations, is punctuated by reclaimed rough hewn fir beams and a herringbone dark walnut floor. The elegant kitchen includes Calacatta marble countertops, Wolf range, SubZero glass paned refrigerator, open walnut shelving, blue/black cabinetry with hand forged bronze hardware and a larder with a SubZero freezer, wine fridge and even a dog bed. The emphasis on wood detailing continues with Pella fir windows framing a full view of the canopy of trees that hang over the golf course and back of the house. This project included a full reimagining of the backyard landscaping and features the use of Thermory decking and a refurbished in-ground pool surrounded by dark Eramosa limestone. Design elements include the use of three species of wood, warm metals, various marbles, bespoke lighting fixtures and Canadian art as a focal point within each space. The main walnut waterfall staircase features a custom hand forged metal railing with tuning fork spindles. The end result is a nod to the elegance of French Country, mixed with the modern day requirements of a family of four and two dogs!

Guest Bathroom remodel in North Fork vacation house. The stone floor flows straight through to the shower eliminating the need for a curb. A stationary glass panel keeps the water in and eliminates the need for a door. Mother of pearl tile on the long wall with a recessed niche creates a soft focal wall.

A young son has the ability to grow with his ensuite bath. It was completed by using a 4x4 navy tile with contrast white grout, complimented by the white penny rounds on the floor. A custom niche and Delta champagne bronze finish help finish out the shower area.

The goal of Pineapple House designers was to stay within existing footprint while improving the look, storage capabilities and functionality of the master bath. Along the right wall, they replace the existing tub with a freestanding Roman soaking tub. Glass shower walls lets natural light illuminate the formerly dark, enclosed corner shower. Along the left wall, a new double-sink vanity has hidden storage in tall, slender doors that are configured to mimic columns. The central section of the long vanity has a make-up drawer and more storage behind the mirror. Along the back wall, a custom unit houses a television that intentionally blends into the deep coloration of the millwork. An under counter refrigerator is located in the lower left portion of unit. Er besteht aus Altholzeiche, ist entsprechend behandelt, damit Wasserflecken dem Holz nichts anhaben können. Zwei Aufsatzwaschebcken von Villeroy & Boch sowie die englischen Armaturen tragen zu seiner Einzigartigkeit bei. Die Ablage sind wie der Waschtisch maß gefertigt.
