For this rustic interior design project our Principal Designer, Lori Brock, created a calming retreat for her clients by choosing structured and comfortable furnishings the home. The SW-131S is the smallest sized oval freestanding and symmetrical modern type bathtub in its series. It is designed to look unique and simple, yet stylish. All of our bathtubs come equipped with an overflow. The overflow is built integral to the body of the bathtub and leads down to the drain assembly (provided for free). There is only one rough-in waste pipe necessary to drain both the overflow and drain assembly (no visible piping). Please ensure that all of the seals are tightened properly to prevent leaks before completing installation. A clean, contemporary, spa-like master bathroom was on the list for this new construction home. The floating double vanity and linen storage feature sealed and varnished plank sap walnut doors with the horizontal grain matching end to end, contrasting with the dark gray tile throughout. The freestanding soaking tub is constructed of blue-stone, a composite of quartzite and bio-resin that is durable, anti-microbial, eco-friendly, and feels like natural stone. The expansive shower is adorned with modern Milano fixtures and integrated lighting for a true luxurious experience. This is appealing to the professional who desires a Pacific West Coast feel in Upstate NY

Deep in the woods, this mountain cabin just outside Asheville, NC, was designed as the perfect weekend getaway space. The owner uses it as an Airbnb for income. From the wooden cathedral ceiling to the nature-inspired loft railing, from the wood-burning free-standing stove, to the stepping stone walkways—everything is geared toward easy relaxation. For maximum interior space usage, the sleeping loft is accessed via an outside stairway.

Mariano & Co.,LLC completed a Full Master Bathroom Remodel. Removed the tub shower combo and created a Large Walk-In Shower with a Stacked Stone feature wall on the outside. All New Cabinets, Quartz Counter tops, Lighting, and Completed with Wood Plank Tile Flooring.

Custom mosaic tiles intermittently dispersed add character to this guest bath.

This amazing condo remodel features everything from new Benjamin Moore paint to new hardwood floors and most things in between. The kitchen and guest bathroom both received a whole new facelift. In the kitchen the light blue gray flat panel cabinets bring a pop of color that meshes perfectly with the white backsplash and countertops. Gold fixtures and hardware are sprinkled about for the best amount of sparkle. With a new textured vanity and new tiles the guest bathroom is a dream. Porcelain floor tiles and ceramic wall tiles line this bathroom in a beautiful monochromatic color. A new gray vanity with double under-mount sinks was added to the master bathroom as well. All coming together to make this condo look amazing.

Rodwin Architecture & Skycastle Homes Location: Boulder, Colorado, USA Interior design, space planning and architectural details converge thoughtfully in this transformative project. A 15-year old, 9,000 sf. home with generic interior finishes and odd layout needed bold, modern, fun and highly functional transformation for a large bustling family. To redefine the soul of this home, texture and light were given primary consideration. Elegant contemporary finishes, a warm color palette and dramatic lighting defined modern style throughout. A cascading chandelier by Stone Lighting in the entry makes a strong entry statement. Walls were removed to allow the kitchen/great/dining room to become a vibrant social center. A minimalist design approach is the perfect backdrop for the diverse art collection. Yet, the home is still highly functional for the entire family. We added windows, fireplaces, water features, and extended the home out to an expansive patio and yard. The cavernous beige basement became an entertaining mecca, with a glowing modern wine-room, full bar, media room, arcade, billiards room and professional gym. Bathrooms were all designed with personality and craftsmanship, featuring unique tiles, floating wood vanities and striking lighting. This project was a 50/50 collaboration between Rodwin Architecture and Kimball Modern

A full Corian shower in bright white ensures that this small bathroom will never feel cramped. A recessed niche with back-lighting is a fun way to add an accent detail within the shower.
