Clean, contemporary lines, great lighting. Note the mirrors are inset into the tile which covers all of the visible walls. The switches and outlets from Lutron were color coordinated to the tile finish so that they blended best into the design whole. Квартира 78 м2 в доме 1980-го года постройки. Заказчиком проекта стал молодой мужчина, который приобрёл эту квартиру для своей матери. Стиль сразу был определён как «итальянская классика», что полностью соответствовало пожеланиям женщины, которая впоследствии стала хозяйкой данной квартиры. При создании интерьера активно использованы такие элементы как пышная гипсовая лепнина, наборный паркет, натуральный мрамор. Практически все элементы мебели, кухня, двери, выполнены по индивидуальным чертежам на итальянских фабриках.

The visible recessed light fixtures double as exhaust vents; the havc supply vent between the recessed fixtures is a custom cover. The shower enclosure has a nice "loft" quality to it. The light fixtures are from Tech Lighting. Photos by Brian J. McGarry
