C'est l'histoire d'une salle de bain un peu vieillotte qui devient belle. Nous avons opéré une rénovation complète de l'espace. C'était possible, on a poussé les murs en "grignotant" sur la colonne d'air de la maison, pour gagner en circulation. Nous avons également inversé le sens de la baignoire. Puis, quelques coups de peinture, de la poudre de perlimpinpin et hop ! le résultat est canon !

Il bagno principale è essenziale, con i rivestimenti in piastrelle bianche con finitura opaca. Il pavimento è in piastrelle di graniglia.

This Willow Glen Eichler had undergone an 80s renovation that sadly didn't take the midcentury modern architecture into consideration. We converted both bathrooms back to a midcentury modern style with an infusion of Japandi elements. We borrowed space from the master bedroom to make the master ensuite a luxurious curbless wet room with soaking tub and Japanese tiles.

This kids bath has fun and bold triangular teal tile in the combination tub/shower. A recessed shower niche framed in quartz slab has two compartments to handle plenty of shampoo and soap. The vanity's quartz countertop is durable and stain-resistant. Chrome plumbing is low-maintenance. A large mirror over the vanity expands the space, bouncing light from the window around.

The Philadelphia region is one filled with gorgeous stone colonial architecture but a family with a more modern aesthetic and a contemporary home was having trouble finding a design and build firm who could bring their desired Scandinavian bathroom renovation to life. Fritz Carpentry and Contracting worked with the client to select contemporary finishes including vertically stacked white subway tile, mid-century era lighting, terrazzo tile floors and modern fixtures. The bathroom was warmed and completed by a custom designed and handcrafted walnut floating vanity with white quartz countertop from Fritz Studios.

Coburg Frieze is a purified design that questions what’s really needed. The interwar property was transformed into a long-term family home that celebrates lifestyle and connection to the owners’ much-loved garden. Prioritising quality over quantity, the crafted extension adds just 25sqm of meticulously considered space to our clients’ home, honouring Dieter Rams’ enduring philosophy of “less, but better”. We reprogrammed the original floorplan to marry each room with its best functional match – allowing an enhanced flow of the home, while liberating budget for the extension’s shared spaces. Though modestly proportioned, the new communal areas are smoothly functional, rich in materiality, and tailored to our clients’ passions. Shielding the house’s rear from harsh western sun, a covered deck creates a protected threshold space to encourage outdoor play and interaction with the garden. This charming home is big on the little things; creating considered spaces that have a positive effect on daily life.

We gladly sank our teeth into this Ocean Grove project, converting a 90's ensuite into a modern day retreat. The toilet was sunken back into the window frame to help open the space, a 19mm terrazzo floor tile which was also used in their main kitchen/living space was used on the floor – paired with a handcrafted ceramic subway tile on the walls. The matt black tap-ware accentuates the sea of whiteness but nothing speaks more proudly than their (very heavy) custom made vanity and equally heavy cement counter top bowl.

Dans cette maison datant de 1993, il y avait une grande perte de place au RDCH; Les clients souhaitaient une rénovation totale de ce dernier afin de le restructurer. Ils rêvaient d'un espace évolutif et chaleureux. Nous avons donc proposé de re-cloisonner l'ensemble par des meubles sur mesure et des claustras. Nous avons également proposé d'apporter de la lumière en repeignant en blanc les grandes fenêtres donnant sur jardin et en retravaillant l'éclairage. Et, enfin, nous avons proposé des matériaux ayant du caractère et des coloris apportant du peps!
