This 1952 home on Logan Square required a complete renovation. 123 Remodeling team gutted the whole place, changed room layouts, updated electrics to fit more appliances and better lighting, demolished kitchen wall to create an open concept. Our busy lawyer couple, with three close-knit children, had recently purchased a home that was modern on the outside, but dated on the inside. They loved the feel, but knew it needed a major overhaul. Being incredibly busy and having never taken on a renovation of this scale, they knew they needed help to make this space their own. Upon a previous client referral, they called on Pulp to make their dreams a reality. Then ensued a down to the studs renovation, moving walls and some stairs, resulting in dramatic results. The powder bath doubles as a lake bath for guests coming from swimming. The custom vanity has opebn shelving for towels and bowl vessel sink with Signature Hardware faucet. The sconces are Visual Comfort. The shower has navy blue subway tile with white grout and the ceiling has an amazing blue wallpaper. All the walls are shiplap in Benjamin Moore White Dove. Le vecchie pianelle in cotto del solaio sono stare riusate come rivestimento. Le piastrelle della doccia riprendono motivi a smalto tipici delle ceramiche medievali, ma in maniera frammentata. La mensola in rovere rustico armonizza a da calore all'ambiente.
