Another project by Landmark Remodeling, Pro Design Custom Cabinetry and Pinnacle Interior Designs. This main floor bath is shared by the mom, dad, and two boys so we had to think about how all users can utilize the space and enjoy it. We also wanted to be budget conscience so that we could possibly do their outdated kitchen as well. We had a dark stained custom vanity and a custom mirror to give the homeowner their dream look and cost effective tile and light choices to balance out.

An impressive, fully tiled bathroom for guests. The plumbing wasn't reconfigured but the clients only request was to remove the old poly-marble shower base and replace it with a tiled shower floor. The slab was dropped down 40mm to create fall and the vanity plumbing was rolled up into the wall to host the wall-hung vanity. The simplicity of tile choice, chrome fittings and wooden vanity = a clean, non-confronting style that will remain true for decades to come.

Master Bathroom Remodel, took a 90's track house bathroom with heavy soffits and L-shaped vanity - and turned it into a Modern Spanish Revival inspired oasis, with two arched openings framing personal vanities with furniture grade details. Iron sconces flank arched dressing mirrors. Custom hand-painted terra-cotta tile backsplash. The shower was expanded and a foot ledge pony wall separates the shower from the space for a freestanding soaking tub. The shower is tiled with an accent of hand-painted terra-cotta tiles, balanced by other budget friendly tiles and materials. Terracotta shower floor and floor tile ground the space with authentic Mediterranean flavor.

This two-bathroom renovation in the South Loop was designed to create a space that our clients love by using a mix of contemporary and classic design. For the master bathroom, Floor-to-ceiling large format tile is beautifully complimented by darker natural stone look floor tile and marble mosaic accent. The walnut finish vanity is accentuated by the chrome fixtures. We opted for an earthy color palette with touches of wood, creating a timeless aesthetic. For the kids' bathroom, the focus was creating a timeless bathroom that was still fun! Black and white geometric tile is beautifully complimented by large format wall tile, while the walnut-finish vanity is paired with chrome fixtures. European modern meets Burbank farmhouse bungalow.

A European modern interpretation to a standard 8'x5' bathroom with a touch of mid-century color scheme for warmth. large format porcelain tile (72x30) was used both for the walls and for the floor. A 3D tile was used for the center wall for accent / focal point. Wall mounted toilet were used to save space. The in-wall toilet system framing enclosure was extruded out 6" allowing a wonderful opportunity to build a custom-made cabinet and an open square shelf. The shower is curb less, so the entire bathroom floor was waterproofed. Large format tile shower floor required a custom cut to allow correct water sloping.
