More than a dozen custom variations and sizes are available to be built on your lot. From this spacious 3,000 square foot, 3 bedroom model, to larger 4 and 5 bedroom versions ranging from 3,500 - 10,000 square feet, including guest house options.

Studio 76 Home Photography The alcove shower includes a built-in seat and foot rests. Porcelain Italian rectangular tile is used with a pebbles tiled accent border installed vertically on floor to ceiling walls. The custom frameless shower door is by Reflections Glassworks with brushed nickel hardware and Moen "Voss" faucetry. A skylight provides natural light into this master bathroom.

The bathroom enjoys great views. The standalone white bathtub placed beside a large window is equipped with a Hans Grohe tub filler. The window features a soft custom made roman shade. We furnished the area with a blue patterned garden stool. The bathroom floor features a hexagon mosaic tile. We designed the walnut vanity with a marble countertop and backsplash, and his and her undermount sinks. The vanity is paired with unique mirrors flanked by tiny lamp sconced lighting. This guest bathroom has white marble tile in the shower and small herringbone mosaic on the floor. The shower tile is taken all the way to the ceiling to emphasize height and create a larger volume in an otherwise small space. large 12 x24 marble tiles were cut down in three widths, to create a pleasing rhythm and pattern. The sink cabinet also has a marble top.

Several styles and cuts of Calcatta marble create rhythm in this master shower. In the shower, the Kohler Chrome Watertile Rain Shower System includes five body spray units and two Soundtile speakers.
