The marble floor in the Owner’s bath sets a serene scene and is paired with custom his & her walnut built-ins, a free-standing tub, and a spacious walk-in marble shower. The walk-in closet, and attached laundry room offer the utmost convenience to this Owner’s suite as well.

In transforming their Aspen retreat, our clients sought a departure from typical mountain decor. With an eclectic aesthetic, we lightened walls and refreshed furnishings, creating a stylish and cosmopolitan yet family-friendly and down-to-earth haven. This powder room boasts a spacious vanity complemented by a large mirror and ample lighting. The smallest spaces often have the most impact. In the bathroom, a classy floral wallpaper applied as a wall and ceiling treatment, along with timeless subway tiles on the walls and hexagon tiles on the floor, create balance and visually appealing space.

This small space transforms into an exotic getaway. Mandala wallpaper begins a journey across continents. Wall sconces with ornate gold mandalas over white stone bases and a Moorish shaped mirror accentuate the design without overwhelming it. A black vanity pulls the intricacies out of the wallpaper, allowing a back and forth design conversation. White chevron floors remind us of hand paved roads, but keep us here, present and cool with clean lines and timeless pattern.

A bathroom design that was completely upgraded with new storage, lighting and of course wallpaper for the win!

Innovative Design Build was hired to renovate a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in the prestigious Symphony building in downtown Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The project included a full renovation of the kitchen, guest bathroom and primary bathroom. We also did small upgrades throughout the remainder of the property. The goal was to modernize the property using upscale finishes creating a streamline monochromatic space. The customization throughout this property is vast, including but not limited to: a hidden electrical panel, popup kitchen outlet with a stone top, custom kitchen cabinets and vanities. By using gorgeous finishes and quality products the client is sure to enjoy his home for years to come.

the project involved taking a hall bath and expanding it into the bonus area above the garage to create a jack and jill bath that connected to a new bedroom with a sitting room. We designed custom vanities for each space, the "Jack" in a wood stain and the "Jill" in a white painted finish. The small blue hexagon ceramic floor tiles connected the two looks as well as the wallpapers in similar coloring.
