The shape of the house is formed based on where the main spaces are, which is living and bedrooms on the first floor with the partial second floor dedicated to the master suite. High ceilings, large windows, and a mix of natural materials create a signature feel of casual modernism, space, and light.

Chic powder bath includes sleek grey wall-covering as the foundation for an asymmetric design. The organic mirror, single brass pendant, and matte faucet all offset each other, allowing the eye flow throughout the space. It's simplistic in its design elements but intentional in its beauty.

Working with the eaves in this room to create an enclosed shower wasn't as problematic as I had envisioned.
The steam spa shower needed a fully enclosed space so I had the glass door custom made by a local company.
The seat adds additional luxury and the continuation of the yellow color pops is present in accessories and rugs.
