We wanted to have a little fun with this kids bathroom. The pattern geometric tile was fun and playful and adds a little flair. In keeping with the geometric theme we added the round mirror and sconces and the square shower head to compliment the floor. A simple vanity highlights the floor and shower pattern tile.

The main bath has a sleek, clean feel with mostly white tile and fixtures and contrasting green shower tile.

This small bathroom design combines the desire for clean, contemporary lines along with a beach like feel. The flooring is a blend of porcelain plank tiles and natural pebble tiles. Vertical glass wall tiles accent the vanity and built-in shower niche. The shower niche also includes glass shelves in front of a backdrop of pebble stone wall tile. All cabinetry and floating shelves are custom built with granite countertops throughout the bathroom. The sink faucet is from the Delta Zura collection while the shower head is part of the Delta In2uition line.

What struck us strange about this property was that it was a beautiful period piece but with the darkest and smallest kitchen considering it's size and potential. We had a quite a few constrictions on the extension but in the end we managed to provide a large bright kitchen/dinning area with direct access to a beautiful garden and keeping the 'new ' in harmony with the existing building. What a great way of making the most of the space!! This room was perfect for a downstairs cloakroom and utility. Utopia Qube cloakroom furniture in white with their brass handle and tap fits perfectly. Wall hung furniture creates the sense of space as the light bounces off the floor below. Having white is also a great way of creating the illusion of space and openness, as well as feeling fresh and clean. Staying with the white and brass theme, we used Second Nature Porter for the custom made housing for the appliances. The extra cupboard space is great for laundry detergents etc, keeping everything tidy and in its place!

Modern farmhouse bathroom remodel featuring a beautiful Carrara marble counter and gray vanity which includes two drawers and an open shelf at the bottom for wicker baskets that add warmth and texture to the space. The hardware finish is polished chrome. The walls and ceiling are painted in Sherwin Williams Westhighland White 7566 for a light and airy vibe. The vanity wall showcases a shiplap wood detail. Above the vanity on either side of the round mirror are two, round glass chrome plated, wall sconces that add a classic feeling to the room. The alcove shower/cast iron tub combo includes a niche for shampoo. The shower walls have a white textured tile in a subway pattern with a light gray grout and an accent trim of multi-gray penny round mosaic tile which complements the gray and white color scheme.

This bathroom was original to the house. We wanted to create a mid century modern feel so we knocked down the wall between the vanity and the shower and replaced it with a glass door. To make the space feel larger we extend the hexagon tiles from the bathroom all along the back wall. Shelves were added to increase storage space and of course all materials, fixtures and cabinets were updated.

A modern master bath gets its allure from the blend of solid and textured tiles placed horizontally across the backsplash and shower wall. Contrasting large format white tiles in the shower keeps the space light and bright. Affordable custom cabinets are achieved with a light wood-tone laminate cabinet.

Extension and refurbishment of a semi-detached house in Hern Hill. Extensions are modern using modern materials whilst being respectful to the original house and surrounding fabric. Views to the treetops beyond draw occupants from the entrance, through the house and down to the double height kitchen at garden level. From the playroom window seat on the upper level, children (and adults) can climb onto a play-net suspended over the dining table. The mezzanine library structure hangs from the roof apex with steel structure exposed, a place to relax or work with garden views and light. More on this - the built-in library joinery becomes part of the architecture as a storage wall and transforms into a gorgeous place to work looking out to the trees. There is also a sofa under large skylights to chill and read. The kitchen and dining space has a Z-shaped double height space running through it with a full height pantry storage wall, large window seat and exposed brickwork running from inside to outside. The windows have slim frames and also stack fully for a fully indoor outdoor feel. A holistic retrofit of the house provides a full thermal upgrade and passive stack ventilation throughout. The floor area of the house was doubled from 115m2 to 230m2 as part of the full house refurbishment and extension project. A huge master bathroom is achieved with a freestanding bath, double sink, double shower and fantastic views without being overlooked. The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe room with its own window. The children's bathroom is fun with under the sea wallpaper as well as a separate shower and eaves bath tub under the skylight making great use of the eaves space. The loft extension makes maximum use of the eaves to create two double bedrooms, an additional single eaves guest room / study and the eaves family bathroom. 5 bedrooms upstairs.

The shower tile is 11x23 Contessa Oro Polish wall tile; 1x2 Keystone Urban Putty Speckle for shower floor and ceiling. The flooring is 12x24 Contess Oro matte finish tile.
